Your Gateway to Fully-Funded PhD Programs Abroad.

EduSail Abroad is India's fully-funded PhD specialist consultancy. We help Indian students secure fully-funded PhD admissions in top universities across the USA, UK, Germany, Canada, and Europe. We specialize in supervisor outreach, scholarships, research assistantships, and stipends — not paid admissions.

A fully-funded PhD program covers tuition fees completely and provides a monthly stipend (usually ₹2–4 lakh/month) for living expenses, allowing you to pursue your doctorate without financial burden.

You can apply if you have:

  • A good academic record (minimum 60% or 6.0+ CGPA)
  • English proficiency (IELTS/TOEFL)
  • Strong SOP, Resume, and LORs
  • Research or project experience (optional but helpful)

Even students from Tier 2 or Tier 3 colleges can qualify with the right guidance.

Most universities require an English test like IELTS or TOEFL. However, some universities waive it if your previous education was in English.

We guide you from start to finish, including:

  • Profile evaluation & scholarship matching
  • SOP, Resume & LOR assistance
  • University shortlisting
  • Application submission support
  • Interview & mock preparation
  • Visa and pre-departure guidance

We help students apply to top fully funded programs in:

  • 🇺🇸 USA
  • 🇬🇧 UK
  • 🇩🇪 Germany
  • 🇨🇦 Canada
  • 🇫🇷 France
  • 🇳🇱 Netherlands
  • 🇸🇪 Sweden
  • 🇫🇮 Finland
and other European countries that offer scholarships and stipends.

We publish all our pricing openly with no surprises. You can see full details on our pricing page. Your eligibility assessment and 30-minute discovery call are completely free. To start, you pay a one-time commitment fee based on your verified score: ₹5,000 (score 90+), ₹10,000 (score 80–89), or the standard ₹15,000 (plus 18% GST). This covers your detailed profile assessment and personalized supervisor shortlisting, backed by our 7-day delivery guarantee. The success fee (equal to one month of your stipend) is payable only after you receive your funded offer letter and visa approval. All fees are confirmed in writing before any payment.

It usually takes:

  • 1–2 months for profile building & tests
  • 2–3 months for applications
  • 3–5 months for university decisions

So, plan about 6–9 months in advance of your target intake.

Yes! Final-year students can apply for upcoming intakes. We help you use your current transcripts and provisional documents to start early.

We won't publish success statistics we can't prove — inflated numbers are common in this industry, and we've chosen not to play that game. What we can tell you: we work exclusively on fully-funded admissions, our advisors are active researchers who themselves secured funded positions abroad, and we take on a limited number of students per intake so every profile gets genuine, researcher-level attention. Ask for a redacted sample profile evaluation on your discovery call and judge the quality of our work yourself.

We’ll help you rebuild your profile and reapply stronger next intake — with improved SOP, targeted universities, and refined documentation. We also suggest backup options like research assistantships and partial funding.

Yes! We guide you through:

  • Visa document preparation
  • Interview training
  • Flight, accommodation & travel planning
  • Connecting with other Indian students abroad

Our goal: make your transition smooth and confident.

Absolutely not. We don’t take commissions from universities or push paid programs. All scholarships and stipends are directly from the university or government — 100% transparent.

We specialize exclusively in fully-funded PhD programs — that focus is what makes us effective. We also support a limited number of exceptional students pursuing fully-funded master's opportunities on a case-by-case basis.
