We help researchers secure funded admissions abroad. Our fee structure is transparent, fair, and based directly on your academic and research background.
How Our Fees Work
Our pricing is broken into two simple stages: a modest commitment fee to start (based on your profile evaluation) and a success fee payable only after you secure funded admission and visa approval.
1. Free Evaluation
Your initial eligibility check and 30-minute discovery call cost nothing. Your verified score determines your fee tier, saving you up to ₹10,000 upfront.
2. Commitment Fee
₹5,000 to ₹15,000 (+ 18% GST) depending on your eligibility score. We charge a commitment fee to formally begin your engagement: it lets us dedicate researcher time and resources to your university, supervisor, and funding research, and it establishes mutual commitment for the months-long PhD application process. It covers your detailed written profile evaluation and personalized university & supervisor shortlist.
3. Success Fee
Equal to one month of your admitted stipend amount. You only pay after securing a funded admission (30%) and visa clearance (70%). If you do not receive a funded offer, no success fee is charged.

Your self-reported score is provisional until we verify your academic documents (transcripts, publications, and test reports) during the discovery call. Your final fee is always confirmed in writing before you pay anything.
Note: The merit discount applies specifically to our advisory fee. It is independent of external university scholarships or institutional stipends. All fees are subject to 18% GST.
